The American judge Frank Cabrio has become a social media star, through his sentimental decisions, after he acquitted an old man of paying a fine for speeding in recognition of his humanitarian work.

In a video recording, Caprio cleared a 96-year-old old man of paying a fine for over speeding because he was delivering his 63-year-old son to the hospital, sparking intense interaction and tears among Internet surfers.

In the face of the 90s, who made it clear that he took his son with cancer for a blood test, the Rhode Island judge showed a great human condition as usual for him, arousing the sympathy of viewers.

"I am not driving too fast, judge," said the elder, who was fined for speeding in front of a school. "I am 96 years old, slowly driving and taking my son for a blood test. He is disabled and I take him every two weeks for examination. He has cancer."

Knowing that the son was 63, the judge smiled, telling the father who had difficulty concealing his feelings. "Take care of him, you are a good man, you are a good man, you embody America's values. You are over 90 and still take care of your family."

"He looks at me and says to himself: When my 90-year-old father is going to be my driver," he joked, referring to his son present at the hearing.

This video has been seen on Twitter tens of millions of times, and has been commented on by thousands of emoji expressing tears, though this is not the first time that 82-year-old Caprio has been admired as many of his decisions have become widespread since 2017.

His decisions include non-English-speaking immigrants, Korean war veterans, and fathers facing major financial difficulties, though not all have been closed.
