Two people died and 15 were injured, according to preliminary data, during an explosion in a military unit in the Arkhangelsk region, RIA Novosti reported, citing a source in the region’s law enforcement agencies.
“The explosion occurred in a military unit 30 km from Severodvinsk. Previously, two dead and 15 injured, ”he said.
As noted, the circumstances of the incident are currently being clarified.
Earlier, authorities in the region said they sent air ambulance to a military unit in connection with the incident.
