“We will prepare an additional legislative proposal on a list of issues, including the exact fixing of places where political events of this kind can be held, and where under no circumstances they can be held to exclude any subjectivity,” said the head of the Federation Council Commission on protecting state sovereignty Andrey Klimov during the meeting.
This proposal was made by the deputy chairman of the commission Lyudmila Bokova.
According to her, the creation of a special bill will clearly determine the place for political actions, without violating the right of other citizens, rallies, actions, but at the same time would not violate the right of other citizens "who take children to schools, kindergartens, try to visit medical institutions."
Klimov said earlier that the United States, together with its supporters, is striving to influence the elections to the Moscow City Duma, including by supporting provocations.
