It is noted that Kiev stopped paying contributions back in 2014.

“Today, the amount of non-transferred funds, that is, the actual debt of Kiev, is more than 300 million rubles,” the Foreign Ministry said.

The Foreign Ministry explained that Ukraine de jure remains a full-fledged state - a member of the CIS.

Earlier, Kiev came out of a number of agreements signed within the CIS.

In particular, in June, the Ukrainian government unilaterally terminated the agreement with the CIS countries on the international certificate of weighing freight transport.
