47 forest fires eliminated per day in Russia

“According to the regional forestry dispatch services, 47 forest fires have been eliminated in Russia over the past day on August 6,” the agency said.

It is noted that at 0:00 on August 7, 180 forest fires were operating in Russia.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that careless handling of fire was a possible cause of natural fires in Siberia.
