In a conversation with the Moscow 24 website, the Chairman of the State Duma’s Health Committee, Dmitry Morozov, commented on the entry into force of a law in Russia on toughening responsibility for not allowing ambulances on roads and obstructing the work of doctors.

“The main thing that the law always has is its preventive effect. I really hope that even the news of it will educate many people, because you can be seriously punished if you do not understand what kind of work the doctor does, ”he said.

According to him, the document was discussed for two years, but in the end, a compromise was reached between lawyers, social activists, doctors and deputies of different levels.

Earlier, the head of the Russian Federation of Car Owners of Russia (FAR) Sergey Kanaev commented on RT the entry into force of this law.
