The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced that about 1,800 nationals have received employment opportunities in the private sector as part of two separate initiatives aimed at accelerating Emiratization in the Al Dhafra area of ​​Abu Dhabi, as well as accelerating the employment of nationals who have completed national service.

The initiative to accelerate Emiratization in Al Dhafra follows the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, to create 10,000 jobs for citizens in the private and government sectors «Tomorrow 21», while the initiative to accelerate the employment of those who completed the national service, implemented by the Ministry in cooperation and partnership with the National Service and Reserve.

He praised the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, to the initiative to accelerate Emiratisation in the region, stressing that His Highness's patronage of the initiative has given it great momentum and support.

He stressed that the results achieved by the two initiatives were the culmination of the partnership and joint efforts made by the Ministry with its partners, led by the National and Reserve Service Authority, the Job Opportunities Committee formed by the Executive Committee of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the private sector, which is considered a strategic partner in the Emiratization file.

He added that this partnership affirms the keenness to integrate roles between the public and private sectors, and the commitment to assume the national and community responsibilities required by Emiratisation, which enjoys the support and guidance of the leadership.

Al-Hamli praised the companies and institutions that interacted with the two initiatives, through their participation in the open days of employment organized by the Ministry, which resulted in the access of about 1800 citizens and citizens to career opportunities in the private sector.

He stressed the ministry's keenness to enhance the employment opportunities of citizens, who participated in the open days of employment, and were unable to obtain employment opportunities as a result of not passing the job interviews conducted by them, through their participation in the «Tamkeen» program, which is implemented by the ministry in cooperation with technical colleges Supreme Council for the purpose of training and qualifying such citizens, and provide them with the necessary support to get the job.
