Russian Foreign Ministry sees no reason to change the military doctrine after the collapse of the INF.

“I see no reason to revise our military doctrine,” Ria Novosti quotes Ryabkov.

According to the deputy minister, military doctrine is a fundamental document, with very precise formulations that should not depend on certain circumstances.

“Of course, any document over time requires a review, in some aspects of clarification, but in connection with the specific situation around the INF Treaty, I don’t see such grounds,” he added.

Earlier, Ryabkov, commenting on the termination of the treaty, called the United States "gravediggers of the INF Treaty".
