The Egyptian Ministry of Health has killed 16 people and injured 21 others in the explosion of a number of cars around the Nasser Institute in the area of ​​Manial Cairo, noting that the injured are currently receiving treatment at Nasser Institute and other hospitals.

The Egyptian Interior Ministry said the blast was caused by a car crash on a number of cars while the Egyptian Attorney General ordered an urgent investigation into the explosion.

The Interior Ministry said in a statement that the accident was caused by the collision of a car was moving in reverse direction near the Institute of Oncology, three other cars, which led to an explosion as a result of the collision.
