On the southern half of the country, the day will be sunny and summer, except in southern Aquitaine where the morning gloom will be difficult to dissipate, especially to the Basque Country. Sunday afternoon, the Pyrenean relief will also take care of clouds, sometimes threatening and accompanied by showers, even thunderstorms on the east of the chain. To the north, despite the presence of a cloudy veil sometimes dense that will hardly alter the impression of good weather, the day will usually be calm and pleasant, the atmosphere will warm significantly in the afternoon.
Up to 37 degrees in the Mediterranean hinterland
However, in Brittany and the regions near the Channel, the cloudy passages will be thicker and may sometimes be accompanied by a few drops. The minimum temperatures will be between 11 and 17 degrees in most areas, between 15 and 20 degrees in the extreme south of the country, locally 21 to 23 at the edge of the Big Blue. The maximum will range from 20 to 25 degrees on Brittany and Cotentin, 24 to 29 degrees on the other regions near the Channel as well as near the ocean. Elsewhere, ie over most of the country, they will rise. They will reach 29 to 34 degrees and even up to 34 to 37 in the Mediterranean hinterland.
