The water level in the Oia River in Tulun has dropped below the critical level

Earlier, the Emergencies Ministry called the number of flooded settlements in the Irkutsk region.

On August 3, Central Military District servicemen delivered humanitarian aid to the village of Oktyabrsk-2 in the Irkutsk Region, which was cut off as a result of the flood. 350 families live in the village, it is located 40 km from the city of Tulun.
