According to the diplomat, the American embassy was involved in unauthorized actions on August 3 in Moscow. Zakharova, in particular, noted that the diplomatic mission published the route of the action, and, according to her, it was painted “point by point, just every minute”, and the request to avoid following it was only at the very end of the document.
“90% of this information did call for people to join this event,” said Zakharova.
In addition, the diplomat referred to the activities of the German broadcaster Deutsche Welle.
As she pointed out, the publication of the Deutsche Welle in Russian call for Moscow residents to go to the rally was a “phenomenal breakthrough.”
