El Paso (AP) - A gunman opened fire in a mall in El Paso, Texas, killing at least 20 people. 26 more people were injured, said El Paso police chief Greg Allen. The alleged gunman surrendered to the police. According to official figures, it is a 21-year-old white man. Allen said there was a manifesto that might indicate a hate crime. However, it was not yet confirmed whether it actually came from the suspect.
