Representatives of Sudan's military junta and the main opposition coalition signed the constitutional declaration on Sunday, paving the way for the formation of a transitional government.
Sources familiar with the negotiations told Reuters earlier on Sunday that the two sides were due to sign the constitutional declaration final on Aug. 17.
