The OSCE called the number of violations of the "grain truce" in the Donbass
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) published a report that cites the number of “grain truce” violations in the Donbas.
It is noted that the first ceasefire regime, which was agreed upon by the trilateral contact group, the OSCE mission recorded more than 6 thousand violations of the truce.
"The mission recorded more than 6 thousand violations of the cease-fire ... More than 75% of the violations of the silence regime were recorded in the first six days of the reporting period before the statement confirming the commitment to the cease-fire came into force," the document states.
On July 17, the participants of the contact group on Donbass agreed on a new indefinite truce, which began on the 21st.
Ukrainian political scientist, Director of the Institute of Global Strategies Vadim Karasev, in an interview with NSN, estimated the likelihood of progress in the Minsk process from Kiev.
