This is reported by "Ukrainian News" with reference to the materials of the court.

It is noted that this step is due to the fact that the court received a complaint about the inaction of the investigator of the State Civil Code in this case.

In support of the complaint, the complainant noted that on July 5, he filed an application with the Office for a criminal offense under Parubiy under Part 4 of Art. 157 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Hindering the exercise of the right to vote or the right to participate in a referendum, the work of an election commission or a referendum commission or an official observer’s activity”). At the same time, according to him, no criminal proceedings were registered with the RRG.

Earlier, the Kiev Shevchenko district court ordered the SBU to open a criminal case on the fact of a possible seizure of power in the country by the former Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko when he appointed a number of judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

On July 17, Roman Trub, director of the State registry office, stated that the bureau opened 11 criminal cases against Poroshenko and other high-ranking officials.
