Jailed and banished nude photos of his naked neighbor in the bathroom

An Asian woman helped Dubai police arrest her convicted husband by snooping on their neighbor and filming her naked phone while showering through a hole in the bathroom wall. The victim reported that she was in her apartment on the second floor. During her shower, I noticed a hand moving through a small opening. The woman said that she begged her brother after leaving the bathroom and hurried to the building's guard. He saw the suspect leave the door of his room, pretending he did not know anything and asking them what had happened, pointing out that she suspected him because he looked scared and kept asking her for details all the time.

She added that she checked the surveillance cameras that monitor the corridor between the apartments. She noticed that the suspect who was moving was wearing the same shirt as her neighbor when he came out of his room to ask what happened after hearing the fuss, although his face was not clear.

She pointed out that she entered the camera room and heard the accused talking to her brother about informing the police about the incident and insisting on taking legal action that he automatically broke down and admitted that he had filmed her in the bathroom but immediately dismissed the video, apologized and asked her to forgive him.

A Dubai police witness said the suspect had taken the time to flee and disappear when he realized his neighbor's insistence on reporting. He said that in contact with his wife, she had cooperated positively with the men and helped to arrest her husband.

The court sentenced the defendant to three months' imprisonment and deportation after serving his sentence in penal and correctional institutions after he confirmed the two facts of the photograph, as well as repeated snooping on his neighbor and watching her naked during the shower.
