TIME ONLINE | News, backgrounds and debates

Goma (AP) - On the anniversary of the Ebola crisis in the Congo, a third case of the dangerous virus has been found in the megacity Goma. It is a one-year-old girl, said World Health Organization Michel Yao. The patient was the daughter of the second Ebola patient, who was diagnosed in the city. He had died of the disease. Goma, with more than a million inhabitants, is located right on the border with Rwanda. The country has now made its border with the Congo because of the Ebola epidemic, the Rwandan Foreign Ministry said.
