The hotline will run until May 31, 2020.
“After the Golunov case, we analyzed the anti-drug legislation. The expert community converges in the position that Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of Russia - tough, but verified. Innocent citizens, as well as drug addicts, who need not a prison, but real help, become hostages of the situation. We launched this hotline precisely in order to track such incidents and help citizens who are in a difficult life situation, ”said RT member OP Sultan Khamzayev.
