Valérie, summoned Wednesday before the criminal court for participating in a rally outside the home of the Secretary of State in May, delivers his story at the microphone of Europe 1.

TESTIMONIAL EUROPE 1

What exactly happened on the evening of May 24, in front of the Marlene Schiappa home in Le Mans? Justice must decide on Wednesday: six "yellow vests" who participated in a demonstration that burst in front of the house of the Minister appear before the Criminal Court. Two are prosecuted for "sound aggression", two for "sexist insults" and two for "organization of an undeclared demonstration". Europe 1 was able to question Valérie, one of the defendants.

"Maybe we sang a little loud"

"This event lasted almost three hours, the procession wandered through the streets of Le Mans with firecrackers, whistles and the usual songs of yellow vests," says the woman. A video broadcast on Facebook and since deleted - consulted by Europe 1 - shows indeed a dozen people marching noisily through the streets of the city for three hours.

"We went past his home and stopped for barely three minutes," continues Valerie. The video also corroborates this timing. "Like many yellow vests present at that time, I learned that we were in front of her house," says the protester. "It's true that we could have been singing a little louder, an election poster was put on the door with water, and we left."

"It's a bit disproportionate, we do not understand"

"There was no threat of death, we did not tap its shutters, we were not aggressive far from it," adds Valérie, referring to a message posted by Marlène Schiappa on social networks a few days after the facts. "You have to know that the demonstration, we were followed by the BAC (anti-crime brigade, ed) and even the BAC did not find that there was danger or need to intervene. (...) C ' is a bit disproportionate, we do not understand. "
