The coefficient of tension in the labor market is the ratio of the number of unemployed to the number of vacancies in large and medium-sized organizations in the region.

The highest coefficient of tension in the labor market was recorded in Ingushetia - 118.4. For comparison, throughout Russia such a coefficient is 0.5.

246 thousand officially unemployed citizens in Ingushetia account for 206 open positions.

In second place is Chechnya (coefficient 23.8). Next come Dagestan (18.6), North Ossetia (6.1), Republic of Tyva (5.2).

The lowest coefficient of tension in the labor market (0.1) was recorded in the Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

Among the specialists of the highest qualification level, there is a shortage of doctors. The lack of such specialists at the end of 2018 amounted to almost 60 thousand people.
