“G7 Ambassadors welcome the holding of parliamentary elections in Ukraine, which were held on a competitive basis in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms. We congratulate the CEC on the work done. We are awaiting recommendations from the ODIHR and encourage consideration of ways to implement them, ”the statement says.
Earlier, the coordinator and head of the mission of short-term OSCE observers Ilkka Kanerva commented on the special elections to the Verkhovna Rada.
