According to TASS, according to the draft, sanctions should be imposed against "high-ranking FSB officers" and they should act until "Russia liberates 24 Ukrainian sailors and three ships."

“The international community should not stand aside when Russia intensifies its aggression in Europe and throughout the world,” the document says.

Earlier, the court in Moscow extended for three months the arrest of all Ukrainian sailors.

On June 26, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia sent notes to the International Tribunal and the Ukrainian Embassy, indicating the possibilities that Kiev has to free the sailors.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin later stressed that Kiev refuses to consider the proposed conditions for the release of its troops.

Three Ukrainian warships and 24 sailors were detained on November 25, 2018 after they illegally crossed the Russian border.
