"As of July 1, 2019, the restriction on exit of debtors from Russia was within the framework of more than 3.4 million enforcement proceedings, including more than 524 thousand - within the framework of enforcement proceedings against debtors for maintenance obligations," the FSSP noted .

The ministry stressed that these figures have increased in comparison with the same period last year.
