The decision of the Executive Council of the Government of Dubai No. 14 of 2015, which contains the amendment of the General Hygiene Violations Schedule attached to the Executive Regulation of Local Order No. 11 of 2003, stipulates that the punishment of leaving any vehicles or equipment abandoned in public places in a manner that would harm public health and safety or The environment is a fine of AED 500, with the booking of the vehicle or equipment after the end of the warning period granted.
Law No. 23 of 2015 on the disposal of vehicles in the Emirate of Dubai defines a neglected vehicle as a vehicle that is left in the public place without care, in a manner that causes harm to public health and safety, distorting the general appearance of the Emirate and violating the rules relating to the environment.
