A member of the Arab Union for Space and Astronomy Sciences Ibrahim Al-Jarwan said that residents of the UAE can observe the partial eclipse of the moon with the naked eye from anywhere, starting from midnight until 3:00 am UAE time.

Al-Jarwan said that the partial eclipse will be 66% of the moon and will be seen in the Arabian Peninsula today and tomorrow. The eclipse will begin at the time of the moon's entry into the sub-region of the Earth. 02 to 02:59 from the dawn of July 17 and be peaking at 01:31 .. The phenomenon ends at 04:17.

He pointed out that the semi-shadow phenomenon is not easily characterized by the faintness of the moonlight slightly.
