“Klimkin for all the years of his tenure as Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed various odious proposals, including those violating international law. Nevertheless, only a few days are left before the elections to the Verkhovna Rada, and after that a new coalition will be formed and candidates for the post of Foreign Minister will be proposed by President Zelensky, ”the deputy said.
According to him, the UN will never go to the proposal of the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
“Today the law on the Ukrainian language came into force. Naturally, the UN will never agree to make the language of discrimination official in an organization, ”said Vodolatsky.
Earlier, Klimkin declared the readiness of the Foreign Ministry to offer the UN to make Ukrainian the official language of the organization.
According to him, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is currently "actively promoting various initiatives for the approval of the Ukrainian language and transliteration."
