The Dubai Public Prosecution has referred an Asian nurse (35 years) to the Criminal Court on charges of defrauding a forced maid, who works with him in a villa that takes care of her health care provider.
According to the case papers, three days before last Ramadan, the defendant took advantage of the villa to be vacated only by the maid who was lying under the stairs taking a break after completing the housework, and she ran away from herself. She strongly abstained and told him that she was married and tried to get away from him. But he grabbed her hand strongly, unable to escape from him, and then accepted against her will.
The victim said in the investigation of the prosecution that she was afraid to tell the head of the house or his wife, for fear of ending her services, as he did not enter the work in the villa only two months, and confirmed her fear that the accused caused the termination of the services of two servers before the same place, That the accused had spoken to herself several times after this incident, but was ignoring it.
She said that the accused exploited her presence within the villa council on her own, a week after the end of the month of Ramadan, and entered it again and again, but Abt, grabbed it strongly, and accepted and harassed, and was unable to escape from it, despite crying, only when whispered to him saying "Mama's voice", he was afraid and came out of the board.
She said that the defendant returned after a few days harassing him, explaining that she was surprised by her calls before the dawn prayer one day, and responded to his call, thinking that he wanted something for the patient, but he roared again about itself, and tight grip on it, and continued harassing them, From the presence of one of the owners of the villa, noting that she complained to the wife of the owner of the villa in the morning what happened to the accused, the latter told her husband, and in turn informed the police about the nurse.
