SC initiated a case on the fact of an accident with a passenger bus in Bashkiria

As noted, prosecuted under Part 5 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence), as well as under Part 3 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence).

The criminal case is under control in the central office of the IC.

Earlier, the traffic police reported on the hospitalization of ten injured in an accident with a bus in Bashkiria. According to the latest data, six people died.

According to preliminary data, there were 39 people on the bus.
