“First, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Something else has to happen with this bill: it must pass along, let's say, the necessary legal ladder. It must be signed by the President of the United States before entering into force. Therefore, let's not say empty words for now, ”he pointed out.
At the same time, Peskov noted that the Kremlin is observing this issue and related processes.
