SC initiated a criminal case after the shooting in Yakutia
Investigators opened a criminal case on shooting in Yakutia, where an employee of the Rosguard, who arrived on the scene, was killed. This was stated in the press service of the IC of Russia.
"A criminal case has been opened into the harassment of law enforcement officers (Article 317 of the Criminal Code of Russia)," the report says.
Earlier it became known that a local resident shot and killed an employee of the Russian Guard and wounded a police officer.
On July 12, a message was received from a local resident about a scandal with her husband; two law enforcement officers left for the scene.
As a result, the woman’s husband opened fire with a Tiger carbine, a member of the Russian Guard killed, a policeman was injured.
The assailant killed himself.
