According to RIA Novosti, referring to the press service of the regional head office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, an emergency occurred on the territory of the Bai-Taiginsky district while attempting to cross the Shui River for a UAZ vehicle.
"At the scene of signs of drowning, the bodies of 10 dead were found, of which six are minors," the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
