“In connection with the tragic events in our republic and the deaths of people in traffic accidents, including young children, he signed a decree declaring mourning in the Republic of Tyva on July 12-13,” the message states.
In the Republic of Tyva, in the territory of the Bai-Taiginsky District, a UAZ car overturned when crossing the Shui River. The incident killed 10 people, including six minors.
