Erfurt (dpa) - A man has said goodbye to his friends in an Erfurt police station with a loud "victory salvation" - now he must answer for this in a criminal case. The police-known 30-year-old lifted his left arm - his right was not moving because of a plaster cast, police said. An arrest warrant had been issued for the man before the incident, and he had come to the office with friends on Friday afternoon to meet.
