The High Court of London approved an order prohibiting the owner of the O1 Group, Boris Mints, and his sons to alienate property in the amount of $ 572 million worldwide.

Such a decision of the court is tantamount to arresting the property of a Russian businessman.
According to TASS, Trust Bank together with Otkritie Bank filed a lawsuit in the British court against the Mintz family for $ 700 million. The situation was associated with alleged fraudulent transactions concluded in the run-up to the reorganization of Otkrytie FC and Growth Bank.
O1 Group is an investment company that owns and manages assets in various sectors of the economy, including real estate and finance. The company was founded in 2004 by Boris Mintz.
