According to a number of experts, in the event that the issue under consideration is still included in the list, many non-citizens of the United States will refuse to take part in the population census.

As RIA Novosti explains, the census data in each state will affect, among other things, the distribution of seats in the country's House of Representatives and the federal budget funds for financing a number of programs.
