It is specified that 25 members of national delegations voted against the document, 11 parliamentarians voted for its adoption, 13 delegates abstained.
The resolution proposed to condemn "the spread of neo-Nazi and aggressive nationalist ideologies based on racial or national prejudices."
In addition, the document opposed the glorification in any form of the Nazi movement.
Earlier, the Russian delegation in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly proposed the creation of a post of special representative for the struggle against the glorification of Nazism, the idea was supported by more than 10 countries.
