World No.1 Ashleigh Barty easily qualified on Thursday for the Wimbledon Round of 16 with her quick win over Harriet Dart of Britain 6-1, 6-1.

The 23-year-old Australian did not force her talent on Central Court, winning in 52 minutes against a 182nd world player capable of placing only five winning shots.

Barty will play American Alison Riske, 55th in the world, who is the winner of Switzerland's Belinda Bencic in the previous round.

In the quarterfinals, she could find Serena Williams, seven-time champion on London turf and looking for a 24th Grand Slam tournament.

The recent winner of Roland-Garros has the opportunity to become the first player to make the double Paris-London since Williams in 2015.
