Panaf: chic canteen and training center for former migrants

In Côte d'Ivoire, Franco-Ivorian chef Loïc Dablé and his wife Karmelle Biyot recently opened an ambitious pan-African culinary center in the heart of Abidjan. " The Panaf " is a multifaceted space, both a place of exhibition, exploration, and education around African cuisine. At the heart of this project, the " Migration " restaurant, a chic canteen open to the public, is also a training ground for young people, women and former migrants seeking reintegration.
