The Ministry of Community Development launched its summer program "My Brother and I", which targets students who are interested in the centers of care and rehabilitation of the Ministry's stakeholders in the UAE, along with their brothers, families and school students. Educational, sports and entertainment.

The Director of the Department of Welfare and Rehabilitation of Owners of the Ministry of Community Development, Wafa Hamad bin Sulaiman, stressed that the program comes within the Ministry's plan and in line with the national policy initiatives to empower stakeholders, especially in the center of public life, culture and sports. The activities of "Ana and My Brother", organized in centers of care and rehabilitation of stakeholders, to strengthen the role of the brothers of the owners and stakeholders, and motivate them to support and empower people of this category to practice various activities and programs.

The Ministry organized a training program for the owners of the Hamam Center for the care of all concerned about all types of disabilities, methods of dealing with them, and awareness of reducing abuse, as well as a training program to educate the owners about the basic services available to government agencies, In cooperation with the Dubai Municipality and the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai, in the implementation of an educational recreational program for the owners and their brothers, with the participation of a number of school students, which included a range of activities such as gymnastics, Taekwondo, swimming, Little Ra, and make my hand.

At the Ajman Center for the Care and Rehabilitation of Owners of Hammam, the Ministry organized a workshop for handicrafts, in addition to a recreational trip for students from the owners of Hamam and their brothers.

In the center of Dibba Fujairah for the care and rehabilitation of the owners of Hammam, the summer program included the Poche championship and cognitive skills. The center also organized a recreational educational program in cooperation with the Fujairah Nursery and an entertainment program with the participation of the owners and their parents.

At the Ras Al Khaimah Center for the Care and Rehabilitation of Owners, the Center for Early Intervention in Dubai and the Umm Al Quwain Autism Center, the program included a drawing workshop and a variety of sports and recreational activities.

The summer program also includes programs and activities for the development of sensory and muscular skills, visual and motor skills, and social communication, such as "My Dummy Made of My Hand". This activity is aimed at the development of sensory skills and visual synergy, and the "How to Make Healthy Clay for My Brother" workshop. Manufacture of healthy clay from food ingredients, and natural food coloring.
