The German police have arrested a 39-year-old man on suspicion of involvement in the Paris attacks. The arrest took place in the city of Dresden.
France was shocked on 13 November 2015 by a series of attacks. The fire was opened at several locations in the capital, including the Bataclan concert hall. 130 people were killed and hundreds injured.
The arrested man has the Bosnian nationality. His arrest took place on the night of 19 to 20 June, but was only announced on Thursday. The man is waiting for surrender to Belgium, where a European arrest warrant had previously been issued against him.
It is not clear what exactly the man is suspected of. No further information on the case is currently being disclosed in connection with the ongoing investigation, the authorities said.
The thirties came into the picture when the judiciary investigated two other men from Bosnia. They are suspected of placing hand grenades at Dresden Central Station in February this year.
