It is expected that this proposal will be considered on June 20 at a meeting of the Presidential Council on the codification and improvement of civil legislation.
In particular, it is proposed to use the system “free flow” with post-payment, which will allow to free toll roads, as drivers will not have to stop at payment points.
In addition, the construction of such items will cost a lot to the state budget.
To encourage citizens to pay for travel, it is proposed to introduce an administrative offense by analogy with the practice in Moscow of punishment for unpaid parking.
The collected funds are proposed to be credited to the budgets of the regions.
