“Our delegation is going to Oslo with the willingness to work on agreeing a comprehensive agenda and moving forward towards reaching agreements,” wrote the President of the Bolivarian Republic on his microblog on Twitter.
Maduro also thanked the Government of Norway for helping to establish peace and stability in Venezuela.
Earlier, the Norwegian Foreign Ministry announced a meeting of representatives of Maduro and Guaido in Oslo to negotiate a solution to the crisis in the country.
