“The Supreme Court received a statement of claim declaring illegal and invalid the Decree of the President of Ukraine of May 21, 2019 No. 303/2019“ On the early termination of powers of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the appointment of early elections, ”the court said on a Facebook page.
It is noted that the application was filed by an individual on May 23, 2019.
The judge within five days from the date of filing the claim must make a decision on the following proceedings.
Earlier it was reported that the Zelensky decree on the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada entered into force.
