South Korean President Roh Myeong-sang has reportedly caught a diplomat who has leaked details of a summit conversation between South Korea and the US,

A Cheong Wa Dae official said in a telephone conversation with SBS, "It is the right thing to confirm the party that leaked the normal call contents."

According to the official, the diplomat K, who was inspected by Cheong Wa Dae, reported on the situation that he delivered the contents of the summit of the two countries through a phone call with Kang.

Earlier, Kang insisted that Moon Jae-in requested President Donald Trump to visit Korea shortly after the end of May in a two-day summit on the Korean peninsula.

Right after the press conference, a spokesman for Koh Min-jeong said, "Kang's argument is different from the facts," and said, "It is an unfounded claim contrary to diplomatic customs."

Since then, the presidential office has been informed that the security investigation was conducted against Foreign Ministry officials with the possibility that the contents of the talks between the ROK and the US were leaked from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Cheong Wa Dae said that he would make a stand on the matter today (Feb. 23) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is currently investigating the matter.
