The victim, a resident of 92 years, was found Saturday shortly after midnight in bed, inanimate and swollen face, by an employee of the medical facility, located in Chézy-sur-Marne. The autopsy "concluded a death following strangulation asphyxia and blows to the head," said the prosecutor Soissons Frederic Trinh in a statement.
