“Both Klimkin and Lutsenko have already announced that after the inauguration Zelensky will leave their posts. I think, despite the fact that Poroshenko reassigned a huge number of people before the end of his term, handed over a myriad of orders, promoted everyone in ranks and positions, now serious changes will begin, ”said Chep.

The deputy is sure that the newly elected president Zelensky "is unlikely to be allowed to fulfill his duties."

“The Verkhovna Rada will in every possible way impair its capabilities, curtail its functions. He will need to make, of course, the most serious rotation. Poroshenko just will not give up, "- he said.
