A series of six explosions struck Sri Lanka this Sunday, April 21, 2019, leaving dozens of people dead and wounded in three high-end hotels and three churches.

Six explosions occurred Sunday in three hotels and three churches in Sri Lanka, where Easter Mass was celebrated. San Sebastián de Katuwapitiya, one of the affected churches, is located in Negombo, north of Colombo. " Attack against our church, please help us if any of your family members are there ," reads an English message posted on the church's Facebook account .
