North Korean leader Kim Jong Eun was re-elected to the post of chairman of the State Council at the first meeting of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly on November 11, the Chosun Central reported on December 12.

At the first session of the 14th session of the Supreme People's Assembly, the Central Broadcasting Commission said, "The highest-ranking leader, Kim Jong Eun, has been appointed chairman of the National Assembly."
