It is noted that the bullet touched one of the teenagers at a tangent near the temple. At the same time, the second child was injured in the knee.
“On this fact, the police have opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Hooliganism”), ”the department said.
